The small print.

The LOVEN Candleholder is built to outlast every candle it holds. That is why we stand behind it for life.

Body — lifetime guarantee. The machined aluminium body is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, under normal household use.

Mechanism — 2 years. The release pin and spring are covered for 2 years. After that, every part stays available separately, so you can keep your Candleholder going instead of replacing it.

O-rings — wear parts. Like the seals in a good watch, the O-rings wear with use. They are not covered by the guarantee, but replacements are always available on request.

Not covered: normal wear and cosmetic marks on the finish, damage from drops or accidents, intentional damage or misuse, use contrary to the care instructions (for example the dishwasher or abrasive cleaners), modifications, and commercial or rental use.

How to claim: email info@loven-group.nl with a photo and your order number. We repair the product or send the replacement part; if that is not possible, we replace the Candleholder. This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer.
